Here's what you need to do:
- while connected to your Keezel WiFi, go to keezel/ in your browser
- click on the "hamburger menu" in the top-right corner of the page - the 3 horizontal lines next to the Keezel's battery indicator
- click on About from the menu
- you will see your Keezel's firmware version, app version, MAC and IP address
Here you can also manually update your Keezel if you don't want to wait for it to get the new update (if one is available, of course) automatically. All you need to do is click on the Manual update button.

We have no idea what you do online with your Keezel. However, this can make it hard to help you with troubleshooting when something is not working. For this reason, we added the Send logs button where you can choose to send us a log-file (this doesn’t contain any of your passwords or websites you visited, but it does, for example, include scan-results of nearby WiFi networks). So if you experience an issue and want to send us the Keezel log so we can look into it, just click on the Send Logs button. You'll get a code that you'll need to send us, so please contact us at support.keezel.co
